كلمت خدمة العملاء وشكيت اني انتظرت الطلب حول ساعه ونص وماجاني وعطيتهم كل الادله اللي تثبت 100% اني ما استلمته وقالو بنتحقق اخرتها لا جاني الطلب ولا تعويض وصدّقو المندوب عشانه ارسل صوره شاشه فيها مكالمته معي لثواني قبل ما يسحب علي وقالهم هو استلم واموره تمام وانا تواصلت معاه،
قالو بتتواصل معك الاداره خلال ٢٤ ساعه وبرضو ما تواصلو معي

Customer service unfortunately they are not willing to help nor cooperate with the client, my order took 1 hour and 40 mins to be delivered while they promised to deliver the order within 40 mins. Tried to reach them through whatsapp & call center they just said few minutes your order on the way. Bad and very poor experience.
