### 1/5 — They canceled the order after almost 40 min and didn’t refund me, only gave me food credit

The order had a delivery estimate of 40 minutes. After nearly 40 minute they canceled the order without any explanation and then sent me an email that I will receive food credit rather than a refund to my credit card. I could not reply to the email, and could not receive support through the app. They force you to use Line to contact them. This was handled horribly at every step.

When an order is cancelled, the refund is automatically credited to your **Yindii wallet**. The credit has the same value as real money on Yindii, can be used for future orders, and does **not expire**.

Like many of the food apps, it’s a great idea but there needs to be an ambassadorial incentive in place, to raise the participation.
