The map actually flickers during the search. (Redownloading the app also doesn’t fix the issue) Notifications are also a hit or miss. The user experience could definitely be improved. ### 4/5 — Kids enjoy it *2025-10-10, version 4.0.4* Receive 6 pots of various flavours. Staff is kind to check when I requested for non-beef. Been using the app for at least a month now but see no improvement in the accuracy of the search toggle. After nearly 40 minute they canceled the order without any explanation and then sent me an email that I will receive food credit rather than a refund to my credit card. I could not reply to the email, and could not receive support through the app. They force you to use Line to contact them. This was handled horribly at every step. **Developer response:** Hi Food Hero, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. When an order is cancelled, the refund is automatically credited to your **Yindii wallet**. The credit has the same value as real money on Yindii, can be used for future orders, and does **not expire**. This is neither the bakery’s or our fault, but at the end of the day the app should provide since we did not get the food we payed for as directions to the bakery were so unclear. Tried calling Chinatown Point but to no avail. No one picks up the call. Contacted Yandii support via whatsapp, they said once order made no cancel no refund. Gave me a $2 bloody voucher. ### 1/5 — Bad experience when open the app *2025-09-29, version 4.0.4* Everytime I want to order food on this app , it keep showing the waiting icon saying for better user experience? I have been waiting for 30 minutes and i still can’t get in even I update the app to the latest version ### 1/5 — Cannot log in with Apple ID after I created the account *2025-09-27, version 4.0.4* I can’t use it at all since I cannot log in after I created the account. Then I tried to use another email, and it says my phone number is already in use so cannot create any account…… that’s a loop that cannot be resolved …. ### 1/5 — Notifications issue *2025-09-18, version 4.0.4* Phone and app notifications are on but I’m not receiving notifications for certain stores.
