Yinhale is your daily breathing coach for better sleep, calmer nerves, and sharper focus.

Use guided breathing sessions to relax before bed, reset during stress, or center yourself in the middle of a busy day. Yinhale combines clear pacing, immersive visuals, and sound design that helps you stay in rhythm.

What you can do in Yinhale:

‣ Follow proven breathing styles for different goals, including Sleep & Calm Down (4-7-8), Focus & Reset (Box 4-4-4-4), Balance & Control (5-5), Anxiety Relief (2-1-7), Progressive Calm (Exhale Ladder), and Nadi Shodhana Lite.
‣ Create your own pattern with Custom Breath Timing (inhale, hold, exhale, hold).
‣ Choose session goals by cycles or by time.
‣ Use background melodies and breathing tones with separate volume controls.
‣ Track your progress in Diary (session type, duration, cycles, sounds).
‣ Sync sessions to Apple Health.
‣ Continue on Apple Watch with synced breathing settings, including Custom mode.

Some content is available via in-app purchases (additional breath types, melodies, and tones).
