## What is Yinpin?

Yinpin walks through the HSK vocabulary in order, one word at a time, each paired with its own example sentence.

Every card shows the word and its meaning, and asks you to type the romanization from memory. Checking your answer reveals the correct romanization, with tone marks, alongside the example sentence, so pronunciation is what you're actually training your memory to recall.

Over time, spaced repetition turns that recall into long-term retention.
