## What is Yizhi一致?

一致 (yīzhí) meaning consistency in Mandarin is a simple habit tracking that allows you to add and check off your daily required habits.

It's simple approach is in the tracking view which will show you a box for each day: the more coloured in that box is means the more habits you have checked off on that day.

Success is consistency over time.

So the more boxes that are filled in means the more consistent you have been.
