## What is Yizo?

Yizo: One step, if it feels right.

Most wellness tools demand consistency, goals, and results. But there are days when the world simply feels too heavy. Days when productivity is not the priority, but emotional survival is. For those moments, there is Yizo.

Yizo is not a conventional self-help app. It is a space for respite designed for those going through states of apathy, burnout, or deep sadness. Here, there are no streaks to maintain, no pressuring notifications, and no targets to hit.
