Lack of support. I asked two different staff members how to log for a challenge because the buttons that were shown in the YouTube instruction video were missing. Both staff said that they had no knowledge of the app. ### 1/5 — Never seen anything so awful. *2026-05-09* Absolutely no useful information. Clicking on a facility took me to the wrong one. Trying to see a gym schedule is horrible. It would be nice to be able to put my membership QR code into Apple Wallet. ### 1/5 — App not good *2025-01-11* Please go back to the old app! The old saying “if it’s not broke don’t fix it”! Well it’s broke now. Tap on password brings up keyboard and you can drag down screen to see login line but it is impossible to enter any info on that line. App as is, is useless for anything. Really need filtering by facility, especially since the facilities are so far apart-it’s not like you might actually choose one over another on a random Tuesday morning. Can’t believe this was released to “use”. ### 2/5 — So Far, Not Good *2023-08-07* I just downloaded the new app. I hope more updates will come out through the week, because as of right now, the only thing I am able to do in the app is view my current registrations and sign up for new ones. Where is the goal center, the challenges, my workouts, and just all the other things that made the other app great? I have to admit that as of right now, I do not like this new app at all. I’ll keep using the original one so that I can track my workouts.
