What an absolute sham of a business to sell this ineffective, inefficient, wonky (in a bad way) app. It is. I have to delete it and download it o er and over so I can reserve spots in my exercise classes. Sometimes the time it takes to do that causes me to end up on the waitlist. So frustrating. Just started to act up. Trying to schedule a class is a nightmare. Never had a problem till the last two weeks. Won’t open, won’t switch to schedule 48 hours ahead. Now it won’t even open to check in. I tried logging out and logging back in- turning my phone off and even deleting and reinstalling the app. When I mentioned it to the front desk I was told that there have been other people with the same issues.
