When selecting a location or a class in the filter, the filter doesn’t persist after I navigate away and then back to the page. Or if I close and reopen the app. I go to the same Y, same pool and to see the lap swimming schedule I want, I need to set the same filter each and every time. It’s really annoying. ### 2/5 — Fine when it works *2025-02-26* This app works fine for a few times and then it freezes and won’t change the day when you try to schedule a class. I thought maybe my password was wrong so I selected the option to reset it. Supposedly I was to receive an email to reset pw. Never got that email. Thank you! ### 2/5 — Cannot logon with strong password *2020-08-16, version 2.1* If you use a strong password (or maybe too strong) you cannot log on via the app, even though you can log on to the YMCA of GB website. The app states invalid username or password. You have to change your password to be more simple to log on via the app. Please fix this. ### 1/5 — Logs me in but throws error message when retrieving bar code. *2019-11-23, version 2.0* This is a useless app. I went through the registration process and I can log in, but it says there is an “issue with my account” when generating the bar code to check in. The Berwyn YMCA desk reviewed my account and found no problems with it. I deleted that app and downloaded the correct one for my area and cannot get on it. Last night I just never got the email to continue registration this morning it’s not progressing from me entering my email address to the next screen. The app says “more info”, then 30 seconds later it says “wait list full no more spots”. I have had it! This has gone on for over one year now. I want my money back for the Y membership. Just started to act up. Trying to schedule a class is a nightmare. Never had a problem till the last two weeks. Won’t open, won’t switch to schedule 48 hours ahead. Now it won’t even open to check in. I tried logging out and logging back in- turning my phone off and even deleting and reinstalling the app. When I mentioned it to the front desk I was told that there have been other people with the same issues.
