The app connects with compatible Life Fitness and Cybex cardio equipment, enabling automatic logging of your workouts.

Sign up for your favourite gym classes from the YMCA Halo Foothills app.

My Activity
View your workout history. Get an informative summary of your total workout minutes, planned and achieved exercises.

My Classes
Join the classes you want to attend in your gym, and add them to your personal calendar.

My Goal
Set a goal, and give yourself a deadline. Decide on a goal which best suits you and stay motivated to meet that goal. A timeline offers a reminder of the goal and a countdown to your deadline.

My Training
Create your own workouts - or receive a personalised training plan from a trainer at your gym, based on your fitness goals.

My Challenges
