It’s worthless. I haven’t been able to access. I see why it was a 2 star review. Whatever you do don’t fix it 🙄 ### 1/5 — Insanely bad *2026-07-16* This app is so bad I am writing my first app review. Says a correct password is incorrect, then when you try and reset the password it doesn’t send a pin? Literally log in on my computer with the same log in info and it works. The is an AI made App and AI customer service. Embarrassing. ### 4/5 — New Member/Badges *2026-07-12* I’m a new member so I haven’t faced any of the new app challenges others have, but the badges on this app don’t seem to be working correctly. I did my first class yesterday and while it shows in my past classes, the badge hasn’t activated. I’m guessing this is a bug because I don’t have a way to check in directly to the class, only the gym. Also, to add onto that, most of the remaining badges are for class attendance so if the first one doesn’t work, the others likely won’t either. Please get the badges fixed. The last app retained the memory and I didn’t have to add the 2nd location each time. Please correct. Very inconvenient. ### 1/5 — Stop with the new apps *2026-02-26* Every few months there’s a completely unnecessary new app to download to access the membership you pay for at a gym that is already barely useable due to the huge influx of members. Each app isn’t intuitive and neither is the download—which has to be done on the slowest WiFi known to man (Dowd) in a lobby that has no LTE connection. Metropolis hasn’t made the lot any easier to park in, but now juggling multiple apps for a simple workout. And now the new login app (3rd in 1 year) has “no connection at all to your existing Charlotte Y account”. Why would that even be the case? So sitting here for longer trying to make a brand new account. 30 min process to park and sign in when I’ve got an hour to lift with work in the first place. 👍 **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback.
