I wish it was a little more explanatory. As a newcomer, and not as young as I used to be, tech is changing fast and leaving this gramma behind. Now that I have joined the Y and am using the equipment and tools ( via the app), I am coming along nicely. With my Fitbit linked to the app, I am very encouraged with my progress. The app shows my egym workouts plus any other activities I undertake. It is so motivating to have real time results show up. The best is moving up the progress levels and also seeing my strength and bio age stats improve!
