As a new Silver Sneaker, I can’t put into words how much I’m enjoying the Y! However, often times when I go to sign up for a class the app tells me there are no classes. I have to fiddle around with it before the classes show up. This has been a recent thing. More instructors is the only solution that I can see. I have to set my clock for Friday thru Monday to sign up every day. This is not convenient nor is it without stress. I try to avoid daily stress but your system adds to my stress. One problem. Sometimes it shows booking open but when you try to book it is not accepted. Then you go away come back and class filled. Better if it said no booking rather than make you think you could and then you can’t. Screws up trying to get registered because when you come back class filled. Makes me mad Also. Rules on when you should register appear to be inconsistent. No clear protocols because no uniform write up defining process. At my age that results in uncertainty between the times I try to register. When does registration open Appears inconsistent within application. So I’m trying to get acquainted with it. There is some confusion about booking a class…. There is a box that says “open for booking “ but is is not yet ready. Trying to wrap my head around the 3 days/ 3 hours prior rule…. And the class was full before I knew it was open for booking.
