I’ve even tried changing my password. ### 1/5 — Can’t Log Into My Account *2020-04-03, version 1.1* I really wish I could get into my account that I’ve had for years, but this app does not recognize my email address. I am already paying for Y services via the website and would really like the convenience of managing everything within this app. But for now, it’s impossible. I reviewed the FAQs, but that wasn’t of any help either. It causes a back up at the branch if each member’s ID has to be manually searched. I could set personal goals, record workouts, and track body age (strength test). I enjoyed the bronze, silver, and goal levels. I also liked to see class offerings at multiple locations at a time. I’ll remove this review if resolved. ### 1/5 — Needs to be optimized for iPhone Mini *2022-07-09, version 2.0* I like the app, but I think I’m missing features due to my having an iPhone Mini. For example, I did not have a button to sign up for classes on the application. My husband, who has a larger iPhone, is able to see the button, but it does not show up for me. ### 1/5 — Classes are cancelled *2022-06-03, version 2.0* There is no professionalism. They will tell that there are many classes which can be taken by kids which are included in the membership. Then with time these classes get cancelled without notification. Some of the programs get permanently cancelled. Ultimately you realize that the membership fee doesn’t include any classes. You have to pay for all other classes. But, and it’s a big but, I really hate signing the daily waiver. It’s an unnecessary step that really bogs down an otherwise smooth system.
