Always friendly and welcoming staff is there to help us and website is really easy to navigate. I think this app for being a accountability partner for me. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Leaderboard is infested with bots *2026-04-03, version 1.4* The leaderboard is meaningless. The top “leaders” are either bots or controlled by hackers. If you look at their workouts is very obvious. I tried contacting the tech support numerous times and nothing has been done. In fact I have never received a response so I doubt they even have a tech support. Edit: As of 04/03/2026 no contact from tech support or addressing the issue of the bots/potential hackers and security risks. Why is this garbage app rated so high? Maybe the same bots infesting the app are giving it 5 star ratings as well. Do I have that right? ### 1/5 — Leaderboard is infested with bots *2026-02-24* The leaderboard is meaningless. I wanted to schedule aqua fit at 8:15 am but the schedule the YMCA has said it was at 9am. The app is no good to schedule if times are wrong. I do t know how to schedule a class at this time.
