To the app developer, could we please remove the fade to the screen when we initially use the app? It’s not necessary and slows down the user. Thank you

I have tried to get this app to login to my account but nothing is working. They updated it and forced me to log out and now I can not login anymore. It also is frustrating when I can still login to the web version so I know the user and password are correct. Honestly this app only had to perform a basic function of being my key to get in to the YMCA and it can even do that. I did submit a ticket to there IT team, but they don’t respond to any follow ups so might as well have sent it into a black hole.

Sincerely the most confusing app I’ve ever downloaded. Examples- I went to see what the pool schedule was today.  When I finally found the schedule it took me out of the app and then told me to download the app to get the most updated info.

I’ve run into a lot of display/selection issues in this app - from a feedback form that I can’t use because the location field is required and options don’t display on my device to schedule display issues with multiple scroll bars and a schedule selection field that won’t display. 

A great UI improvement I’d love to see is the option for users to select desired schedules at their y to “stick” and display with 1-2 clicks instead of routing through the websites schedule options (that display poorly on my phone in the app). My Y recently stopped publishing the PDF of its pool schedule (which could simply refresh each week in my browser). It now takes about five clicks and an unfriendly interface to look for the lap swim schedule each day I search. Within the app, I also can’t toggle between the schedule page options due to display issues on my device (eg indoor vs outdoor pool schedule). Please build on the “my Y” designation to enhance what pulls into a user’s view based on their interests and reduce how many clicks it takes to check schedules!

I also haven’t been able to find where to view visit counts in the new app.

The app is great in theory, but it doesn’t work in real time.
The schedules on the app don’t coincide with the schedules at the Y. Multiple facilities have differing schedule policies and the app comes across like an afterthought. The previous app allowed you to see ,the times per month you came to the Y, that feature is gone. I’ve yet to see my workouts on the app. Fix the app so that , it works efficiently.

I'm unable to login to my YMCA of the North account despite being able to earlier, and prior to this, I was unable to change my default YMCA to Southdale and it was just stuck on Andover. Viewing gym schedules too was awful as the scrolling was being wonky going side to side and didn't even allow me to scroll all the way down. Then I press to reserve a spot and it tells me to sign in again even though I'm on the app.

The whole reason I got the app was so I could virtually check in, but when I hit the check in button it says “barcode value is empty”. Completely pointless app if I can’t use the main function it advertises.

The new app is absolutely worthless. I now have to do all my registrations on my laptop. So frustrating!!! Can whoever responds to these reviews speak to what is actively being done to respond to the overwhelming number of poor reviews? This needs to be fixed ASAP.
