Competitors offer 24/7 access, 365 days a year at any of their locations. So far I have not been able to reserve classes, see class schedules or figure out how to get assistance. I called the Y near me and asked how to get access. First, delete the “Y on the Go” app. Then call your nearest Y and ask them to send you a link to activate your app account. Once you get the link, it will ask you to put in the email associated with your Y acct + password (you can make it the same one you have for your website acct).
