You cannot add extra people to bookings and if you try to book the same slot again to actually add people it says you’ve already booked this slot. Now I’ve also tried to submit this review 11 times but can’t because the name is already taken. I’ve tried “names” like zzxxx martini byddhjfdy but apparently they’re taken.Unbelievable… ### 1/5 — The worst App I have ever encountered! *2022-04-14, version 5.85* Honestly I’ve spent 2 days trying to book a swim - the most long winded difficult process I’ve ever come across!! Login and set up process awful. Doesn’t ask you to set a password. Then have to request forgotten password. Then lists every class for every event possible for that day. Then when you book certain events you can’t change the ticket numbers so can only book 1 ticket. Wins the accolade of the most frustrating app I’ve ever used though, which is something at least. ### 1/5 — Awful app. Just wastes my time and money *2021-04-30, version 4.77* Was trying to book our first swim for nearly a year and found that we had to use this app. Well for a start, it’s a horrendous app which feels like it’s been designed as part of a school project. Then, there’s the having to figure out the work around for having not set a password to start with (click reset password and then creat one from the link in the email). Next is the family booking. I booked myself onto abs session but could not see where to add more family members. It wasn’t until I read some reviews here that I found out, we each need a login!!!!! What?! So by the time I had created an account for my 5 YEAR OLD SON with his email address and phone number (really?), done the password rubbish and logged in, there are no more slots available for the time I had already paid for! Non refundable and non transferable. Oh, and no one ever answers the phone at the pool. Like I say, wast of time and waste of money. ### 1/5 — This app takes up your time *2021-04-05, version 4.77* This is a very bad app. As with others, I am trying to book two swim slots which has taken up several hours to try and work out how to make a multiple booking. Still no joy. ### 1/5 — Poor UX *2020-10-27, version 4.39* Almost impossible to get going on this ### 1/5 — Useless *2020-10-12, version 4.39* I’ve had to use a lot of apps to book a swim as every pool/lake has an app of its own. Some are great, straightforward and you can see all your bookings past and future. This one however is the absolute worst app. It’s impossible to log in to start with. Once set up logging back in will result in “incorrect” password. Requesting a password set up results in nothing. Once in it’s so clunky it makes you give up and use a different swimming pool all together. The website page is so full of information, I cannot see another way of booking that will allow me to book 2places at the same time? When you select the Wimbledon branch it comes up with a ‘this page is no longer used for YMCA Wimbledon’ message.
