I think this app got forgotten about…. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-06-08, version 1.0.9* It’s blank everything is blank I just downloaded this so I could have quick access to the pool schedule and no mater what I tap everything is blank there no information there’s not even hours of operation ### 1/5 — Pls fix *2022-10-02, version 1.0.9* Create account page keeps saying it can’t find my email? ### 1/5 — Worst app l have ever seen *2022-01-31, version 1.06* I love the Y, but who on earth built this app?? It is absolutely full of bugs. Making reservations is nearly impossible and that in a time where Covid already makes things so bad. The staff at the front desk are unaware that the app has problems and cannot issue a PIN that will allow you to book gym time. Useless app ### 1/5 — Worst app ! *2021-11-05, version 1.06* This app is GARBAGE !!! nothing works on it, doesn’t send PIN number. Save yourself the troubles and just login on a computer and book your appointment on a desktop if you can. Because this app doesn’t even function. And clearly based off its 1.3 rating they don’t care to fix it. ### 1/5 — Argh! Grrr! *2021-05-17, version 1.04* Such a slow, disappointing and difficult to use app. Looks to be designed and packaged as a templated fitness booking app, and fails miserably as the result. Trying to book a swim session and keep getting poorly written and/or strange “unable to get university data” errors. Huh. Wasn’t aware the y was a university. The y likely spent a whack of money on this, which is possibly the result of poor and or rushed vetting on their part to get something in place during covid times . That’s unfortunate, But the real shame is the company responsible for this dumpster fire of an app. To them: the reviews are terrible and others I’ve spoken to (including y staff) agree this is junk. Do the right thing: Fix the problems.
