They never verify the account. Customer service is nonexistent. It’s extremely frustrating if you live outside of Vietnam and want to try the app out. Took pictures, posted and took selfie for account verification, every time they said ‘not match profile pictures. Uploaded driver license, a day later they said ‘not match info in profile’ blah blah. To developer or whoever behind this: if you want members to pay in order to even test your products, state it clear. Be professional and transparent, if it’s worth then people like me don’t mind to contribute funds to your platform.

Crooks! they will steal your money
You need to pay to get extra coins to message. Paid but never got the coins. It was through applepay. After payment coins should be added right away. Message them 3 times showing proof of payment. Still nothing. No one ever got back to me in the matter. Have fun with the app but don’t give them your money.
