It is a simple app that helps build a healthier lifestyle. More work is needed since everything is done manually. It would be great if it could be connected to Apple Watch and other apps (Fitness pal, Loseit etc.) for automatically retrieving fitness and nutrition data. Also, other anti-aging actions (e.g. resveratrol, cryotherapy) are not included.
