You have a good view zoomed out but once you zoom in on video the quality isn’t great. One component is motility but the other big component is morphology. I reached out to customer service a week ago via email and have heard nothing back. ### 1/5 — Old hardware not supported *2024-04-27* If you don’t have the newest hardware this app is useless and the money you spent getting the test kit wasted. Just pay your insurance co pay and have a doctor use a real lab to give you results. Keep in mind they say to test no later than 30mins after using the powder. Tried to report it as an issue and it wouldn’t allow me to ### 2/5 — Extremely Misleading *2024-06-23* The test does not actually tell you your motile sperm conentration (MSC), which is what my wife and I were most excited about. We had plans of conducting multiple tests over time to see how lifestyle changes affected MSC. The test only tells you whether you are over or under 6M/ml, which is some random number the FDA deems as a health marker. I know now that I'm over 6M, but all future tests will only confirm that I'm still over 6M. I would like to know if I'm 15M, 30M, 100M, etc... ### 2/5 — Can’t get logged back Into app *2024-03-08* No complaints about the test itself or use of app but 2 days after I originally logged in I went to review my results on the app and it automatically logged me out, tried using my password it did not work. I hit forgot password and put in my email to send a link to reset password and the email never sent. I put in my email multiple times and even tried a different email and still a reset link was never sent, I even checked my junk folder just in case but nothing.
