Contacted support who basically said F off. Great service ### 1/5 — Driver dishonest *2026-06-11, version 5.11.4* Absolutely unacceptable service from the YODEL delivery driver and customer support team. According to the tracking, the driver allegedly attempted delivery on 3 separate occasions, repeatedly claiming there was an access issue. However, there is no proof whatsoever that any delivery attempts were actually made. I have been at home for over a week specifically waiting for this parcel, and no driver has ever contacted me, buzzed the door, left a card, or provided any evidence of an attempted delivery. To make matters worse, I have called customer service four times over the past two weeks. Each time I was assured that the parcel was on the van and would be delivered shortly. Yet nothing has happened. The tracking simply continues to show vague updates such as “we’ve got your parcel” or “tracking will update soon.” After more than two weeks of delays, repeated false promises, and no clear information, I am still waiting for my parcel. The lack of accountability, communication, and transparency is extremely frustrating. Very disappointing experience and not a service I would trust again. ### 1/5 — What is Customer Service? *2026-06-08, version 5.11.4* Will never use again ### 1/5 — Parcel Left Outside the Building *2026-06-05, version 5.11.4* I had an instruction to leave the parcel at reception and on top of the mailbox for the # flat but instead of calling me (my mobile number is provided) so that I can allow them remote access in the building, they just left it outside the building on top of the fire extinguisher box bellow the call buzzer! By the time I arrived back from work the parcel was gone! The customer service I chatted with on their live chat support was unhelpful and just kept insisting proof of delivery was provided. I tried to explain that the instruction for safe place was not followed and I was not contacted to give them access in the building but they just kept insisting it was delivered with proof of delivery!
