Yog Aarambh is a holistic, lifestyle wellness brand dedicated to helping busy individuals rebuild their health in a sustainable, medication-free way.

Founded by Ruchika Kharbanda, a Yoga, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Fix Coach, Yog Aarambh was created to address a growing modern problem—people doing “everything right” yet feeling exhausted, stressed, inconsistent, and dependent on short-term fixes like diets, intense workouts, or medication.
