It’s very generic. I wasn’t happy with the same. It was very clearly mentioned when I downloaded the app that there is money back guarantee within 7days when I reached out to them requesting the same They said that there needs to be a medical reason to seek for refund. **Developer response:** Sorry for your bad experience. Apart from these we provide response to all your queries on whatsapp. And we hold a community sync session every saturday for QnA with Yoga coaches. ### 1/5 — Recorded sessions *2025-03-12* Ratings seem fake , so much of misleading ads. They have a bunch of recorded sessions and u need to select time and do it . There is no alternative shown for poses that can’t be done by a beginner. When asked for refund they say it’s only in case of medical emergencies. Join only if u want to do recorded session yoga. They have not clearly mentioned that it is a recorded session and not live. I have paid them 1200 + GST for recorded sessions. When I ask for a refund, they blame the customer, saying we should have called them beforehand, and they refuse to refund. These fraudsters are unethical. ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2024-12-02* They boost big words in their advertisements saying guranteed money back in 7 days, but that is only for medically challenged patients who can not do yoga. This is highly mis-leading. If this is the reason why would someone buy in first place. No customer satisfaction upon raising concerns. For them once you pay walk on their ways and adjust. They have recorded sessions play at different slots, you cannot learn, rewind, pause and go back or replay any action - if you miss they would finish as per timing but not pay attention to your learning. This is highly unprofessional. Upon raising concerns they say they can’t do anything. **Developer response:** We are really sorry for your bad experience.
