Bex’s classes were fundamental to me during lockdown and really helped to recover from the stresses and strains of life!  There are a mixture of class lengths from short 10/15mins to longer hour ones so the videos are perfect to fit in whenever you have chance to do them and however long you want.  Love the slower breathe and nourish ones for the mind too.  Zoe xx
