With Yoga Fit | Workout & Exercises, yoga workouts, meditations, and delicious recipes are available on your smartphone anytime and anywhere you are. An application that combines everything related to yoga: a library of asanas, yoga workout routines for various muscle groups and for developing individual skills, meditations that can be performed both after a yoga workout and at any convenient time, nutrition, and recipes for various preferences and for various physical activities.
A convenient library of yoga asanas with video lessons and step-by-step descriptions. We have made a tracker of completed exercises and workouts so that you can conveniently track your achievements in yoga and training programs.
