Je viens de commencer et se n’est pas évident de débuter avec cette application. J’ai l’impression que c’est écrit en italien, mais il y a certaines phrases en français. J’apprécie le design et la musique d’ambiance, mais je n’ai pas trouvé d’exercice sur la respiration et j’aurais besoin de travailler ma stabilité.
