Bin Yoga-Neuling, mein Kurs findet einmal in der Woche statt, da ist dieser permanent verfügbare Yogakurs für zu Hause eine erstklassige Ergänzung zu den Trainingstagen im Studio. 
Die Erläuterungen sind ganz prima, die Bebilderung, d.h. die einzelnen Videos sind sehr gut verständlich, ich kann diese Übungssequenzen wunderbar mitmachen.

Pay attention to these reviews! I didn’t and wasted my money. There is no sound.

I finally found an email for the app and was given another email for “ tech support.” They responded to make sure the volume is turned up on the phone.
It’s too bad because it looks like - with sound of course- this could have some solid teaching on it.

 Update:
Received a reply months later which was identical to the first. I was given the option to “contact the developer” but when I clicked the link, there was nothing in English.

**Developer response:** Hi Meekums, we informed the developers about the sound issue. They are already investigating what's wrong. Meanwhile, please check once again to make sure that in the audio settings of the app, the voice output slider has not been moved to zero by mistake.

Ich habe immer nach einer Unterstützung für die individuelle Yoga Praxis außerhalb eines Studios gesucht und hier habe ich sie gefunden. Nicht nur dass der Übungsaufbau gut  erklärt wird, Patrick Broome geht auch auf die mentale Ebene und die Wirkung im Körper ein. Für mich ein Stück Unabhängigkeit und die Möglichkeit, Yoga in meinen Alltag zu integrieren. Absolute Empfehlung 👍

Toll! Jeden Tag ein bißchen Yoga ohne festen Termin und mit guter Anleitung.
Manchmal würde ich mir etwas mehr Zeit für Wiederholungen wünschen.

Sehr gute Qualität nachdem Ton jetzt verbessert wurde! Hab schon viel ausprobiert! Diese App lohnt sich wirklich! Empfehlenswert dazu aber nicht nötig das Buch dazu
