There is no content related to meditation. ### 2/5 — One problem.😓 *2024-11-19* I love how it’s set up and how it helps your child and mine go to sleep but I keep searching for a completely free one, but I’m still not willing to pay, the first free pose didn’t help her, she just keep running around the house, I tried everything she was interested in the other options for the yoga poses and the nighttime bed time stories but, I still did not want to pay for anything. Overall it’s great and awesome. Сын 5 лет с задержкой развития и дефицитом внимания, но голос ведущего слушал внимательно и повторял позы с интересом. Очень хорошо, что приложение простое и понятное. Чистый четкий голос, без лишнего шума, сопровождение вдохов и выдохов - прекрасно. За одним минусом: на мой взгляд это достаточно не простая последовательность для начинающих: верблюд, поза рыбы, к примеру.
