где описание позы и дыхания? - Как переходить из одной позы в другую? Голос робота немного стремный и потом пищалки… когда занимаешься и в потоке - такие резкие звуки это диссонирует очень.

Уже второе приложение от этих разработчиков (первое — Гантели).

Приложение понравилось. Упражнения есть для разных уровней подготовки (новичок, средний, мастер). Можно создавать свои тренировки, настраивать расписания для тренировок. Аккаунт синхронизируется с приложением Здоровье на айфоне.

Можно оформлять либо подписку, либо сделать разовую покупку.

Один минус (лично для меня): нет пауз между упражнениями. Мне, как новичку, который не знает, как правильно делать позы, нужно сначала подготовиться. Поэтому в идеале бы добавить паузы между упражнениями (как в тех же Гантелях) или добавить справочник, в котором можно посмотреть названия поз с иллюстрациями. Или и то, и то добавить.

UPD. Отдельное спасибо разработчикам, что прислушиваются к пользователям и добавляют фичи, которые просят. Самим приложением уже долго пользуюсь, так же всё нравится.
