### 5/5 — The Best Digital Yoga Resource I Have Found

I have been practicing yoga for around 4 years, and since the Covid-19 lockdown, I have been forced to practice at home. Yoga Vastu has been by far the most useful resource I’ve found throughout this period, and it is vastly superior to YouTube videos and other similar apps that I have tried. 

The classes are structured in exactly the same way as in-person sessions, and the poses are clearly explained.

I would recommend this app to people of all skill levels.

I absolutely love Yoga Vastu and am so excited to now have it available via app!

I’ve practiced Iyengar yoga for over 5 years, but always struggled to keep up my home practice...until Yoga Vastu. I love being able to access Pixie’s teaching from home, and the app allows me to track my progress.

I also love the availability of short, targeted classes or longer full practices, as well as the ability to search for classes depending on the area of my body I want to focus on. 

Can’t recommend highly enough to anyone who loves Iyengar Yoga or wants to give it a try.
