A couple of years ago Kassandra also started to collaborate with other teachers who host their own classes on this. And I LOVE the shorter videos like 10, 15, and 20 minutes. ### 1/5 — Beware international travel! App does not work in China *2024-09-08* I love kassandra’s yoga videos. I got this app to take Yoga on the road with me during my asia trip. The videos would not play or download anywhere I was traveling in China. I wasted a lot of time with tech-support doing all sorts of troubleshooting, and they assured me that the app works abroad everywhere and would not refund me or extend my subscription due to the tech issues. I finally gave up on troubleshooting it. Then when I got to Thailand the videos finally played! So tech support has no idea what they are talking about and are completely unaware that different countries have different internet regulations. I never got to use this app for my yoga practice as right after I arrived in Thailand my 1 month subscription expired. ### 4/5 — Die besten Yoga Sessions mit Kassandra 🥰 *2024-08-26* Ich bin absolut begeistert von den Yoga Sessions, die Kassandra hier vorstellt. Schon bei YouTube habe ich begeistert teilgenommen. Nun habe ich mich entschlossen, die App zu installieren und auch zu bezahlen. Das war ganz easy und ich konnte starten. Leider bricht die App immer wieder zusammen. Somit muss ich die App neu starten. Nun möchte ich das Video starten doch leider braucht es Ewigkeiten zum Laden. Irgendwann läuft das Video dann. Wenn man sich daheim vorbereitet und loslegen möchte, ist es wirklich sehr ärgerlich, wenn die App einfach nicht funktionieren will. Ich habe 13,99€ bezahlt und möchte auch, dass die App einwandfrei funktioniert. Das tut sie leider nicht und daher habe ich das Abo wieder gekündigt. Ich werde ihr dennoch weiter folgen, meine Playlist zusammenstellen. The ads on it were getting annoying, so I thought I’d try this. It hasn’t disappointed and it’s very good value - I use it practically every day and having easier access to videos and finding stuff has improved my practice. I really like Kassandra’s compassionate and gentle style, she comes across as very conscious, connected and regulated. This calm is infectious, and I always come away from my mat feeling better. There are some “guest” teachers on her app as well so you can mix up your practice. The most important point is that her practice designs are wonderful: accurate alignment, well designed flows, technique is flawless. Her guidance style is easy humble and very accessible. I recently got her app & it’s like finding her for the first time all over again. -The app will send you notes of encouragement when you complete a session - there is a calendar you can choose to follow or create there are weekly/monthly classes to follow along with -you can search for pretty much anything you’re looking for (slow-flow, entry-level, back pain, pms, etc) I highly recommend her abundance class. I took it once over a year ago & I have been using the tools since then. You can revisit/work through the program as many times as you like.
