Спустя год дополняю отзыв…. я с Вами на долго походу)), это для меня лучший формат) а пожелания добавить возможность перелистывать назад карточку это удобно в чтении теории когда пропустил или не вникся что написано, пару раз приходилось запускать по новой упражнение. This app has balanced breathing rhythms which are well suited for specific yoga exercises. The music really puts you in the zone and allows to deepen your relaxation.
