I started out by taking series such as the Chakra Series. Now I’m taking the Yoga Sculpt Series, which is very challenging, in a good way, and the Sunrise Series. I love series because they are themed. There are also courses that allow you to learn more about the behind-the-scenes of yoga. Currently, I am loving Ayurveda and Asana. You can also search for classes from 10 to 60 minutes based on your schedule. I am very impressed by the YogaRenew app and recommend it to my yogi friends and fellow teachers. The UX is well designed, and user friendly. I can easily search by multiple factors – such as style, duration, intensity, instructor, goals, and body parts. In addition to individual classes, there are series and courses. If I want to learn nuances of a particular pose, I can often find quality teaching and sequences to fill that need. The attention to giving understandable and precise instructions, along with suggestions for use of props, is much appreciated. In addition to the library, there are several live classes offered daily – varied and well done.

Whenever I ran into technical problems, the staff of Yoga Renew were quick to respond to my email inquiries and get me moving forward in the course again. I received timely feedback on my assignments, and I thoroughly enjoyed discounted rate access to their video platform. What stands out the most about OA Renew are the lifetime access to program and resources, as well as plenty of continuing education and additional certifications that promote life long learning.
