Will never load so you’ll never be able to check on your little one. Complete waste of money, even the lights and sound have a delay. ### 1/5 — Literally the worst *2023-05-02, version 1.18.3* Don’t waste your money on this. The app is so unreliable it’s almost like we don’t have a baby monitor. It always takes several attempts for the app to connect to the baby monitor - if it connects at all. Also the light feature regularly glitches creating a strobe light effect in our baby’s room. This is the last thing you need when you are trying to put your baby to sleep. The app tells me my username and password is invalid. When I try to reset my password it says the verification code is incorrect (the verification code YOGASLEEP SENT ME) and it can’t identify the code. I tried to sign up for a new account and the registration code sent to me doesn’t work. The app says “something went wrong with the registration process” and then kicks me from the app. There is no customer service for me to contact about troubleshooting either. I would not have bought this product if I knew I would have so much trouble with my app. ### 1/5 — If I could give 0 stars I would *2023-01-17, version 1.18.3* Bought this monitor because of all the features. Webcam hardly ever loads and the connectivity for the sounds and night light are horrible too. Should have listened to the other reviews. With all the other 1 star reviews you would think the manufacturers would want to fix all of these problems. On the rare occasion you can get the app to work, the monitor will make random clicks/beeps or start shouting commands/announcements about reconnecting or something…all of which will wake up your baby. ### 1/5 — App stopped working *2022-12-13, version 1.16.22* Says it cannot load user data. Then I try to reset my password and does not recognize my email. It keeps showing me the loading icon but it never loads. In order to get it to work I have to unplug the monitor and plug it back in but I should have to do that on a weekly almost daily basis. It never wants to load the feed and it takes forever to do so. The notifications don’t make noise or vibrate at all. The speaker is awful and constantly makes this noise that wakes up my baby. A cheap $10 sound monitor is better then this. ### 1/5 — It’s so bad *2023-06-18, version 1.18.3* I’ve never written a review for an app before…I’m one of those people BUT I feel the need to write one for this app, in hopes of saving another parent out there or whoever, from wasting their money on such a terrible product. First of all, if it matters to you, which it did to me, the camera does not remotely adjust/tilt/move. You can manually, with your hands move the camera to go up, down, left, right. Well this is pretty useless since the whole point of habit a camera is to be able to watch your baby or whoever from another room. Why would I go into the room to adjust the camera manually? Terrible. Thankfully, it does cover a pretty wide scope so you get a pretty good view of the room. That’s about the only positive about the product. When I try to pull up the camera, half the time it’s giving me that loading symbol forever. So I have to close the app and reopen it and sometimes it takes several times before the video actually comes up. Very annoying. The picture quality is decent. Not amazing but I’ve seen worse. It’s right around average. Now this next feature is probably what I hate the most about it…the listen button. With a push of a button I’m supposed to be able to listen in, in the room…however the sound is SO TERRIBLE, you can’t make out whats happening!!! It’s like static that keeps breaking up. Not one time has it just been smooth clear sound. Not even remotely close. I’m telling you, imagine static…now imagine it constantly like very single second breaking up. That’s what you hear. I can’t hear my baby, I can’t hear anything! Just terrible tortuous static that is constantly breaking up!!!! DO NOT BUY! ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — little glitches *2022-11-26, version 1.16.22* my camera keeps glitching and it disrupts the sound that im playing on the monitor which startles my baby awake so im trying to figure how to fix it right now but other than that it's great! ### 3/5 — Could use an upgrade *2023-05-14, version 1.18.3* Been playing with my settings and I can get the alarms to use a tone or a ringtone to wake me up during the night… all my other alert give me a sound… any suggestions on how to get the alert to use a sound on the phone? ### 3/5 — Able to set up *2022-08-08, version 1.4* I just got this product so this is first impressions: Reading through the other reviews- I was able to set it up. Took a few seconds for the camera to scan the QR code, but it connected. Most annoying part of set up was the loud voice asking me to complete set up while I was inputting info and then trying to get it to scan. So far I have two things I dislike- 1. Picture quality is not great but I can see what’s going on enough for what I need this for. 2. I don’t see how I can get the camera to pan/tilt/etc. I need to play with it a little more to see. So far, I don’t 100% recommend it for the price point. May return it. ### 2/5 — Bought a Wyze camera *2024-09-27, version 1.18.3* If you can get the app to load, the night vision camera works great…but good luck getting the live stream to load. Purchased a second Wyze camera to replace this paperweight. ### 2/5 — Loud set up voice prompting in baby’s room *2023-05-30, version 1.18.3* The device itself works, but we have been experiencing internet and power outages in my area. So, when the device loses internet connectivity it’s loud voice prompting plays in the baby’s room, waking the little one. There is no way to turn off the voice prompts or even change the volume. Even when you have the sound all the way off Yogasleep voice prompts feel like screams in the silent baby room. Poor planning and execution of this device, ironically named Yogasleep. No sleep here tonight. ### 2/5 — App is so buggy *2022-12-14, version 1.16.22* App stinks. The monitor is great though- but pairs with the app it’s terrible.
