Yogepedia is organized into sections by body part and within each section are sub-sections for self-massage, isolations, stretching, and strengthening. All videos are of individual movements instead of full-length practices.

I have practiced with Samantha for the past year, so I was very excited to try her new app. A great resource for teachers and students alike. Practices are organized by body parts and give great tips and tricks for how to target these areas. Quick and short classes are great for a quick reset. I use the app mostly for inspiration for planning my yoga classes.
