I just downloaded this app becus it’s similar to Down Dog like I used to have. But I don’t understand what it wants me to do? I haven’t done yoga in like 10yrs. Idk what turning to the right and curving my back and breathing is supposed to look like ????

Très déçue ! On paye le pack premium pour au final n’avoir que deux programmes (un initial et un progression) 
Quelle est la progression si ce sont toujours les mêmes exercices ? 
6,99€ pour une progression unique !!!!

Super simple à utiliser, les exercices sont vraiment relaxants et aident beaucoup à se sentir mieux durant la grossesse, le temps de chaque session est parfait ! 
Ce serait bien qu’il y ait une position de replis si jamais on ne peut pas faire certaines positions indiquées :)

Il est fortement dommage de devoir lire les explications en même temps que l’on soit faire les différents exercices. Un support audio et visuel seraient plus que bienvenus. Quand aux différentes positions et changement de positions aucunes indications n’est donnée et il est facile pour une débutante de se blesser et d’être confuse. C’est dommage l’application part d’une excellente attention ! En espérant que vous améliorerez le concept ! 👌🏻

Ok so I paid for the app thinking it will unlock more exercises as it says daily yoga exercises, but it did absolutely nothing it shows same 7 yoga poses and that’s it. So I would need a refund for this cause this is very stupid and a waste.

It aims on doing se­ve­ral moves on a re­gu­lar ba­sis, from 2 dif­ferent pro­grams, ra­ther than pro­vi­ding tons of moves. Again, it is a simple yoga app for dai­ly prac­tice.

I’m very disappointed with this app, I thought purchasing the progression sequence would add more routines, but it only added one session! I can’t believe or imagine that I will continuously be using the app for only one basic and only one progression yoga sequence !

Ayant payé l’application pour avoir toutes les fonctionnalités, je n’ai que 2 enchaînements de 7exercices disponibles. Est ce normal ? Il n’y a rien de plus ? 😳
Deux enchaînements très bien mais vraiment léger même en les faisant d’affilé, et pour toute une grossesse ça va être lassant....
