I’m just getting back into a yoga practice after a long break and this app is perfect for my needs. You pick what you are trying to achieve, and why, and the app plans a 21 day program. I haven’t tested all the apps capabilities yet but I’m impressed with what I’ve seen so far. I had a small issue with my subscription and the help team were amazing, fast, fixed my issue and were very good natured about it. I got a three day free trial and then signed up. It is cheaper for a year than a month at the gym where the yoga classes are always full anyway. If in doubt, give it a try, it is a gentle way to get into what you need to do to age in the best way possible!
