If they can just update their actual ETA in the app, I wouldn’t have wasted so much of my time. Additionally, there is no ability to contact corporate for help. I placed and paid for a pickup order for 6:45 pm through the Yogi’s Grill app and received only an order confirmation—no updates, delays, or cancellation notice. I arrived around 6:55 pm to find the restaurant closed with doors locked and the phone line unavailable. The ordering platform was unable to reach the restaurant and told me to contact the restaurant directly, which was impossible since it was closed.
