요기요만 7년 넘게 사용한 사람인데요. 작년까지만 해도 그렇게 불편하다고 느끼지 않았는데 올해부터 배달지연이 기본이네요. 배달을 하루 1-2개 시켜먹을만큼 많이 사용하는데 배달 예상시간을 한번도 지키지 못합니다. 한번은 3시간초과하셔서 음식점에 전화해보니까 그건 배달기사님잘못이니 무관하시다하고, 본사는 배달 나온 이상 환불 안된다고하고, 결국 항의끝에 환불받았네요. 아마 더이상 요기요를 사용하기는 꺼려지네요.

이 앱은 깔자마자 몇분만에 바로 주문 가능. 필요한 메뉴가 눈에 잘 띄게 적당한곳에 배치됨

배민보다 할인도 구려 맨날 최저가라고 구라를쳐 선착순쿠폰,랜덤쿠폰 제외하고 기본 배너할인 기준으로 최저가 드립치고 중복할인 들어가지는데 ^^7 그마저도 배민 처럼 매장이랑 가격다름 ㅋㅋ 2000원 올려서 받음 ㅋㅋ (BHC기준) 배민은 1회에 한해 무조건 환불 있음 (요기요 그딴거없다=고객센터노답) 결론 땡겨요 미만잡 배민은 간혹 땡겨요(포장)이랑 비비니까 배민은 배달 공짜니까 시키지 요기요는 왜시킴? 배민은 이메일 회원가입시 메일 새로가입 기능한데 요기요는 계속 기존에 사용한 메일 사용하라고함 ^^7 이메일 사용못하는 변수는 1도 고려안하는듯 답변 꼬라지는 카카오톡등 간편로그인 쳐하세요임 ^^7

주문 전 확인되는 배달예상시간은 27-42분, 주문 후 공지되는 배달예상시간은 61분으로 뜨네요. 주문할때마다 대다수의 경우 주문 후 배달예상시간이 훨씬 길어집니다. 오래걸리는 줄 알았으면 주문 안할텐데 이미 들어간 주문의 주문취소는 어플에서 안되고 전화로 해야해서 그냥 두고 손해봅니다. 주문 전 안내한 배달예상 시간과 주문 후 배달예상시간이 상이한 경우에는 앱 내에서 재차 그럼에도 주문을 할건지 확인하는 단계가 추가되면 좋겠습니다.
