Yogofi stuck to not refund my money. They didn’t listen, no matter I had unwanted monthly subscription and rarely used it because of the slow internet speed.

I gave up after communicating with them and rather share my experience here for customers’ sake. 

Key takeaways:

1.Read through ‘Terms and conditions’ carefully before registering. Once your subscription made, there is no way to check details.

2.Don’t believe “unlimited plan” very misleading. Very lagged.

3.Customer care doesn’t help. They create all kinds of excuses.

4.Never share your credit card details. They charge bills before you are aware. I asked them to terminate my membership for good because there is no other way to protect my credit card info.
