## What is Yohaku?

For everyone who's been working hard: Yohaku celebrates the time you didn't spend "doing" anything — your coffee break, your bath, ten quiet minutes to yourself.

Pick a category and a duration, and Yohaku logs it in seconds. You'll see a gentle message like "You made a little space for yourself today" — never a guilt trip, never a broken streak.

There's no "0 minutes today," no shaming, no daily goal. Busy days and quiet days are both fine here.

See your monthly totals, favorite ways to unwind, and how many days this week you made space for yourself — always in warm language, whatever the numbers say.

• 10 categories: coffee, bath, walks, reading, naps, and more
• One-tap logging, 5 to 60 minutes
• Monthly stats, category rankings, simple calendar
• Notifications off by default, never guilt-driven
• Data stays on your device — no account needed
• Light ads. Go Premium to remove them and unlock deeper stats, custom categories, and notes

Resting is time well spent. Start today.
