## What is Yohan Finance?

Yohan Finance is a valuation-first research desk. Enter a symbol and the app shows the current market price, an estimated intrinsic value from a multi-stage discounted cash flow model, and the resulting margin of safety - then lets you open the inputs behind that number.

RESEARCH AN ASSET
- Market price, intrinsic value and margin of safety on one screen
- Valuation basis: model inputs, data dates and the main assumptions
- Peer valuation context, P/E, free cash flow yield and earnings quality
- Assets that are not suitable for company-level DCF, such as broad ETFs, are shown as quote-only with no valuation conclusion
- When source data is missing, fields stay empty instead of producing a number
