I waited but no further response so I bought an eSIM from another company. They eventually responded and are asking for screen shots of the settings for my sims and esims even though the installation fails at first step. I have requested refund 3 times and they have ignored all requests. I was super patient until I realized they were just trying everything in their to do list.
