### 3/5 — Was happy with it until update

*2021-06-12, version 2.69*

I enjoyed the watch and app regularly. I find it very simple and easy to use.
The recent app update now makes me watch an ad each time I go in… considering that I’ve already paid for the watch, and it’s necessary to use the app to track your steps, I found this rather a greedy grab for no real necessary reason.
All it has made me do is start looking at new options.
It is also annoying that you have to use the app and jump on for it to pull your step number. Doesn’t seem to sync unless forced to.

### 2/5 — Some issues

*2021-03-09, version 2.67*

When I charge the watch, the time becomes wrong. When I realize it, the only way to fix it, is to sync it with the app on the phone. That’s great, but then it wipes all the data that was already on the watch foe the day. For example, I had over 3k steps recorded for today, but when I just did a sync, it cleared all my steps and I’m starting again at 0 for today (as well as all other stats). Both things are VERY annoying! Also, when outside in the sun, I cannot see the time on the face of the watch. I am running the current version of the software.

### 3/5 — App Has Potential

*2021-02-18, version 2.67*

I like the fact that you can check you Heart Rate and Blood Pressure; it also gives you the option to Share. It has an Alarm option, which I appreciate. However, the Sleeping tracker is not working at the moment. The Band Display Settings are not accessible either. Overall, I think this app has potential, but it needs further improvement. Good device otherwise. 👌🏻

### 2/5 — Has a long way to go but not bad!

*2021-01-15, version 2.66*

Loses data. I use my watch/app to keep track of steps, heart rate, sleep, etc. It’s my motivator! Well, was my motivator. I made some minor adjustments since I just received my watch a couple of days ago. It completely lost my steps today and reset the time to 24 hours. Ahhhhhh, not happy! Glad it didn’t cost me a large sum of money! Definitely needs some tweaking!!

Also, it’s REALLY hard trying to dislodge the band from the face of the watch to charge. The directions say look on the back to see which side the USB is on. My watch shows no such indication. I have to use a small flathead screwdriver to pry off the band HOPING I have the right side. Twice now I gouged my hand with the screwdriver. Not fun!

### 2/5 — I just gets worst every update

*2020-11-21, version 2.66*

This app was already kinda basic but I prefer simplicity. But each update the app preforms worst and it’s annoying. Recently on launch theres a advisement that now plays. The device must resync with the app which takes a few minutes. And my biggest complaint the app doesn’t even save the data from the smart watch for more than a day. So if you walked Monday by Wednesday thats gone IT DOES NOT SAVE PROGRESS AT ALL ANYMORE. I hate to upgrade to a different app and buy a new watch different brand but this is just going down hill it seems

### 3/5 — Yoho sports fitness band

*2020-06-02, version 2.58*

Would like to change the time to 12 hr setting. Would also like to know what the band display setting is for. A note pops up that says it is not supported. Can’t figure that out. Battery doesn’t charge to full charge. It does charge to 4 bars instead of all 5.
DSS 4/27

Tracker finally switched to 12 hr setting. Still don’t know what “band display setting” is for. Still says not supported. If it’s not supported why is it in the menu at all? Mine has not tracked my sleep patterns since I’ve had it which is about 3-4 days now. It lets you set hours for sleeping under profile but does not track. Any suggestions on these issues?
DSS 4/29

How do you retrieve informed that was accidentally lost? Didn’t know that information would erase if you had accidentally caused tracer to vibrate and lose information you had achieved for the day. Already had over 3500 steps by 12:00 noon and lost it all. Still does not track sleep habits. Getting more disappointed in tracker by the day.
DSS 5/1

Tracker sends information to phone but the tracker screen on the wrist quit working Sometimes it shows the time when lifting the wrist but can’t switch to any other screen. Thought tracker would work longer than 5-6 weeks. So disappointing.

### 3/5 — Need a magnifier to read instruction manual

*2020-01-16, version 2.52*

I gave up on trying to see the printed instructions and just worked around the wristband and the iPhone until I had it synced and working.

The biggest problem is that I cannot reset the PROFILE. I am not male, nor am I 20 years old. I thought that this might update once I had it synced with the Apple health app, but no dice. Please fix this.

I really don’t think the BP, heart rate, steps are accurate. It is close enough for my needs.

### 3/5 — Just trying it out...

*2020-01-09, version 2.51*

I just received this band today and it took me FOREVER to get it figured out in the app. I couldn’t see anything, but finally decided to turn dark mode off on my iPhone and I was able to see everything and change everything. I’ll give it a day to see how I like it and change my review if need be. The only thing I see right now that I won’t like is the fact that I can’t reset my numbers.

### 3/5 — Not the worst smart fitness watch... but

*2019-12-09, version 2.49*

This is actually one of the better fitness bands I have had, pretty accurate, the calls and message alerts work like it should. The app is pretty simple and straight forward. The weather push does not function at all, even after the latest update that states it fixed it, sorry guys but its still not working. The background settings does not function as well. Those 2 things ate rather minor to me, but it is annoying that they have a function in the app but they do not work. If you can not figure out how to write the program to make it work, just take it out all together. I am sure it would make the functionality of the app work better. The battery is not the best I have had. It needs to be charged at least every 3 days, but the 2 stars I give is for the complete set up. The watch was less than 6 bucks and it actually works for the most part. You really cant complain because it doesn’t break the bank. Keep trying to get the rest of the functions to work guys, I will be looking forward to it.

### 2/5 — Watch suddenly stopped working and app won’t update

*2019-11-12, version 2.48*

I bought this watch a little over a month ago. I originally like it and the features. I didn’t feel the need to purchase a full smart watch. However, the past 2 weeks I have had problems with the app and now the watch itself isn’t working. It first stopped tracking sleep patterns. I’ve tried updating the app and that doesn’t seem to do anything. The watch itself was working fine up until today and then it froze up. It would not change screens when I tapped it and now it has gone dark and won’t turn back on. I put it on the charger and it still says there is 3/4 battery left. Not sure if this is a glitch that will correct itself, or what. It’s never been submerged in water. I charge it when it needs it. I’m not sure there is anything else I can do to fix it. I suppose I should expect this from a $15 watch.

### 2/5 — Was great but now, not so much.

*2019-10-09, version 2.45*

I was so excited when I got my watch. It worked great! But as of the past two weeks, my watch won’t stop updating. Every single day for the past two weeks. I would get maybe an hour before it would start it all over again. The only way I can make it stop is to turn off Bluetooth. If the watch dies and the time gets rest, I have to turn Bluetooth back on to fix it. But that starts the updates all over again. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and that did nothing. Please fix. Or let me know if it’s my watches fault. I’m really hoping it’s this app.

### 3/5 — ATTENTION DEVELOPER!!

*2019-09-12, version 2.45*

I've had mine for a few weeks now. Ordered 3.
One for myself and gave the others to my kids.
NONE of them came with a charger. It connects to our iPhones but doesn't sync everything to Apple Health. Steps are a little off. BP & Heart rate aren't accurate. I guess the only thing that works perfectly is the clock 🤣🤣
It automatically updates the time when it's paired with my phone.
For the past week, ALL 3 devices have had issues. They ALL keep saying "UPGRADE". Our apps have been updated. When we open the app, sync with device, it automatically starts to "UPDATE". They have been through the update process several times now and nothing has changed. I'm not sure why they keep doing this but it's very frustrating. I check to see what time it is and it says upgrade.... 🙄😡 can't do anything with it until it decides it's finished playing the update game.
You get what you pay for. Thankfully I didn't get them to rely on for any health reasons.

### 3/5 — Not for big families on a budget

*2019-07-30, version 2.42*

Got 3 of these watches hoping I could sync them to my phone as each individual because my kids do not have phones. Even though it looks like there is a way to do this I could not get them to sync up. The watches all have there own Mac so it really shouldn’t be a problem. My kids do have iPads but the app will not load on that. Maybe soon a naming feature will be added to allow for additional watches on one phone.

### 2/5 — Disappointing

*2019-07-25, version 2.42*

I just got my watch today. Thought I synced with Apple Health, only to discover that 2300 or so steps had disappeared. Walked around the house a bit and updated the firmware. The new steps also disappeared.
Update: after some time it did synchronize better, but only steps and sleep data. Still quite a lot of difference between this app and Apple Health. Last night I was apparently sleep walking, as I walked the same number of steps each hour.
Further update: sleep data syncing is spotty at best.

### 3/5 — Issues

*2019-07-03, version 2.41*

This was a really affordable option for me at the time. The problem? I bought it to help monitor sleep. For some reason the device doesn’t stay “bound.” I have to reconnect the device every day and the sleep is the most difficult to sync up. The blood pressure is ALWAYS off. I have 2 other devices at home that read within a unit or two of each other at all times. This device is off majority of the time. I paid under $20 for device and shipping. You get what you pay for. It’s worth exactly what I paid for it. 😞

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Worthless after a few months‼️

*2020-04-04, version 2.54*

I’d like to put a -10 (negative 10) on it! It was a gift from my dad. It was working just fine with steps & sleep. 1 evening I was playing basketball w/ few youngsters, it was doing great counting the steps, I checked them & it was near 8,000. Then it died on me‼️😡 I charged it when I got home & it had a blue line right down the middle, but was still working fine. About 2 months later, it died on me 3 times in 1 day after fully charged, or looked fully charged. It’s like it caught the COVID-19. 🙄🤦‍♂️ IMO: Get something different. If you can return it after...🤔 4-5 months, take a chance if want.

### 1/5 — App trouble

*2020-01-10, version 2.51*

Just got the wearable tracker and trying to set profile and alarm etc and it won’t display the actual items to choose ie: time to change for alarm or the numbers for height, weight and steps etc. very troublesome when you want to use all the options offered and can’t even use the tracker until I can see what I’m choosing. Very frustrated. Not able to find a way to get help either. Tracker is from MyOnlineFitness. If I could only find another app to use with it. Disappointed all around. Bought three for family members as well.

### 1/5 — Update 250

*2019-12-24, version 2.50*

My fitness band and iPhone no longer connect since the update. I can’t go into settings after I deleted and installed the app on my iPhone 7. My band shows the information but it will no longer sync with my iPhone since the update. Always loved it until the last couple of updates. They totally messed it up. Before I would have given a 5 rating. Now because of only the band working I would only rate it with a 1. Please fix this problem and don’t issue new updates till you know they work.

### 1/5 — Garbage.

*2019-11-08, version 2.47*

I received this as a gift but it's garbage and had I bought it myself I would've returned it after a few days. In theory, it records your steps, your sleep, heart rate, bp, has an alarm you can set on the app, notifications etc. Sleep stats are never recorded even though I wear the stupid thing TIGHTLY secured to my wrist all night. Step count is completely inaccurate. You don't get to choose which notifications (only my IG, FB, phone calls and messages come through not email or calendar among others that I wish would come through). Some notifications come through multiple times for the same thing. There's no sleep mode so messages come through all night, which is fun. Not. I really just wanted a basic, small "smart" watch so I didn't have to have my phone in my hand to notify me, but this is hot garbage.

### 1/5 — Buttons missing on app

*2019-10-18, version 2.46*

The app does not show many of the buttons you would need to change/ save settings. Also, the “back button” is there to go between pages on the app but you have to guess where it is, it does not show up until you tap on it. The same thing happens when you try to set your profile. You can click on the height, weight and gender but it does not show you the other values until you arbitrarily click on something. There’s a lot of guessing and trial and error when change info within the app. I would appreciate it if the developers could fix these issues.

### 1/5 — Won’t sync with the app

*2019-10-07, version 2.45*

When I first got it, I did a full charge, followed the instructions, & it worked great. No problems with it syncing to the app.
For the past few days, I’ve been trying to get it to sync with the app and have failed. I tried everything - rebooting my phone, powering off the watch & power on again, fully charging the watch, deleting the app & re-downloading it... everything. Now it won’t even find the the device & the watch is 4 minutes slow.
Before I purchased it, I read the full description & it states the battery should last for approx 5 days before needing a re-charge. I have to charge this watch DAILY. My last watch was also a generic brand & lasted for 3 days on one charge. Yes I am not satisfied with this new one.

### 1/5 — You get shat you pay for...

*2019-09-26, version 2.45*

At first I thought the band wasn’t bad for under $10... But now the app constantly updates, then says no device connected, then you have maybe 3 seconds to select something before the updating takes over again and you can’t do anything...over and over; now THAT is a BUG! I’m done messing with this, I’ll spend the money on a quality fitness band, I’ve learned my lesson! (And it SAYS I haven’t slept for days... and took 372 steps walking 20 feet when I got up this morning—total inaccuracy!!!) Don’t waste your timeNot really worth one star! [iPhone XR]

### 1/5 — If they would just back up their products

*2019-09-15, version 2.45*

I had this tracker for just a few months every time I turn around I couldn’t charge it I plugged it in and I called the company and then it started working I know they have access to turning it on well or upgrading I don’t understand why they can’t give me a new tracker because I cannot charge it at all they said that I was a little too late because in June it would be out they would’ve been able to send me one but I ended up on calling them and asking them to you don’t get the tracker taken care of but she said she was unable because June was my day would’ve been able to do it in June of this year but of course I will be without a tracker and I spent you know for three trackers and I’m having problems so I hope they get this review because it’s not very good because they don’t back up their products

### 1/5 — Poorly made device

*2019-08-14, version 2.44*

I set the device up on Monday, after receiving in mail on Saturday. Charged it, downloaded this App and set it all up. Things started out really well. Counting my steps, I was getting text messages, Heart Beat and Blood Pressure monitoring working well. Never could get the “shake for picture”, to work. By the end of the day, getting the Heart Beat and Blood Pressure was taking some time, text messages weren’t coming through.
Wore it to bed, did not monitor sleep, time had switched to a 2400 hour clock. Still no Monitoring of HB or BP. After about 2 hours, nothing working. I again read the poorly translated directions, turned my phone off and back on. Time, steps, distance, calorie count came back, but nothing else. I’ve deleted the App, reloaded the App, turned phone off, nothing has changed.
Good thing this was not expensive. Of course, I guess you get what you pay for. 🤨🙄

### 1/5 — Very Disappointed

*2019-05-21, version 2.40*

This review is based on my personal experience and I'm not saying everyone has the same issues I do. I bought the 4 pack, thinking I'd give some to my kids. On the positive side, the clock works, although not sure how to change date/time. (Instructions are almost non-existent throughout) Also, not an obvious way to contact support for help. It counts steps but is not very accurate, especially if you're not swinging arms, and doesn't take into account a persons stride length. The heart monitor is fairly accurate but the blood pressure monitor is useless. All four bracelets I received are off by anywhere from 30-40 points on the systolic and 10-15 on the Diastolic when compared side-by-side to a real BP monitor. I honestly can't give this to someone who would need to rely on BP measurements as it could be deadly when receiving very faulty information. They're cheap so I guess you get what you pay for, but I'll gladly pay much more for something I can rely on. By-the-way the App has very basic info and marginal setup ability.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — I Love it but....

*2019-12-24, version 2.50*

Great smart band for as cheap as it was! I got mine off of wish for 3$ plus like 2$ shipping and I’ve overall been pretty pleased. I would just like if you guys could make the background options setting work in the app because when I click on it, it says “function not available” and I would like it if you could change it from military time to just regular. Other than that this is a 5 star smart band and you can’t beat the price! Such a neat little device with lots of features packed in one. Notifications work which is neat, call alerts, and all kinds of other cool little features work. Although the heart rate monitor seems to be having trouble since the update as well as weather feature! Please fix if possible! Thank you!!!

### 5/5 — Working as described

*2019-02-21, version 2.35*

Will there be options in the future to synchronize the heart rate and blood pressure info with Apple Health?

The monitor I bought to use with this app was greatly priced. Everything looks to be working as described after 24hrs of possession.

Maybe some more info available in the app that shows how everything is working would help a little. Between the product purchased and the app, everything is pretty vague.

Especially the sleep tracking. Can the time table be edited? What happens with sleep outside that time table?

Could there be options added to setup the monitor to get the heart rate and blood pressure info on a schedule? It only records on the device when I select those options. Any recordings are synched to the app when connected.

But it all works as described.

Thank you!

### 5/5 — Works as advertised

*2018-10-24, version 2.32*

I was skeptical about the app when I read the reviews. I resale fitness wristbands and have tested over two dozen apps. This app is well designed and reliable. There was a delay in sleep monitor but was accurate in every other features including unit calculations. It connects to wristband within seconds after I open the app. The data sync will start on steps and calories calculation. The sleep monitor won’t sync automatically. You will need to switch screen by swiping the screen to sleep monitor. I gave it 5 stars because it doesn’t conflict with other 3 wristbands I am wearing and for its reliability.

### 5/5 — Good basic app

*2018-09-24, version 2.31*

This is a good app. Have been using it with the chillband and it’s working fine. Keeps track of my steps, calories burned, time active. I get call notifications and can read my text messages. Heart rate is pretty accurate. The blood pressure is an estimate but is not too bad. Overall for the price I paid for the tracker it’s been a good value

### 4/5 — Overall not bad but not absolutely amazing.

*2020-07-14, version 2.61*

It’s not a bad app or device. I got the device for free from my elderly neighbor because he didn’t have a smart device that had the right specs to download the app. Things function pretty well, though I’m not sure how accurate the blood pressure is. I tested it three times in a row with a pretty wide range of results even though I didn’t move or do anything. My biggest issue is that the sleep tracker only goes from 9pm to 9am and I’m a night owl so I usually sleep during the day so if it even picks up anything at all, it’s only a couple of hours at most. The app is pretty limited. I’d like it to be able to constantly monitor my pulse and things like that, but for the price of the device, it’s a pretty good deal. Over all, not bad but a few tweaks would make it a lot better

### 4/5 — Needs work

*2020-02-21, version 2.52*

Update: For anyone else with the issue of not being able to see options, for me, it was because I had my iPhone set to dark mode. When I changed it to light mode, I could see everything just fine. Also, the sedentary reminders *do* work. That just leaves the Band Display Settings. For these reasons, I added a star.

The device seems to work well and has many great features, especially for the price. But I’m disappointed in the app in its current state. I cannot view the options below menus such as Profile, Devices, and Features. It is a blank white screen. I figured out there are options there, and I have been able to select the appropriate choices, but only by blind trial and error. Why can’t I see anything there? Also, the Band Display Settings gives me an error message that says, “This feature is not supported.” I assume this is where I might change the display color or switch between the 12-hour and 24-hour clock, both of which I’d really like to do, but unfortunately cannot. Finally, I’m not receiving sedentary reminders. Since I can’t view the options there, I don’t know if it’s the settings or if it’s just not working. Overall, the device works well enough, but the app needs work so one can take full advantage of all the features.

### 4/5 — Its ok so far.

*2020-01-14, version 2.51*

When setting up the profile on the app and the alarm there’s nothing but a white screen. If you tap the screen it gives you random numbers. You can’t even set things correctly. Very frustrating to say the least. We just got our watches today so that’s all I can say. Also fixing the time on the watch is very frustrating as well. But this watch should definitely fit our needs.

### 4/5 — Not too bad.

*2019-07-18, version 2.41*

Considering the price I paid, $10 it’s not bad at all. Both readings, heart rate and blood pressure both are pretty accurate. Though I would like if that data would also send to my AppleHealth App. It tracks sleep patterns as well as your steps and does send to AppleHealth.
Now for the reason of the 4 start review and not 5. The App keeps telling me the device needs an update. I have literally sat here and “updated” it 4 times back to back. Either there is a glitch or something but it doesn’t let you see the “version” of your upgrade like say apple does with its phone updates. I’m all for keeping up with updates, but this is ridiculous for it to keep showing it needs to be updated. So if there could be a “version” number so you see if your that far behind or what. Other than that pretty good for a cheapie smart watch.

### 4/5 — Great Alternative, Needs More Features

*2019-07-05, version 2.41*

Although this app is a great alternative to Fitbit if you just want a way to track about how many steps you took in a day, there are some key points this app is losing that would make it AMAZING for all users. The feature that would make this app the perfect alternative would to be able to add in stride length and most importantly of all, sync distance walked with the health app, so many of us can access it all in one place. Otherwise, this is a good app with a few design features that can make it better.

### 4/5 — Yoho sports tracker watch

*2019-06-15, version 2.40*

Blood pressure function is pretty accurate but every morning I have to fumble with the app and watch to reset my daily functions and still haven’t been able to see how I sleep.......update for some reason once I left my house my tracker synced correctly and showed my sleep and recalibrated my steps correctly I thought it was a fluke the first day I had it but it happens again....
