## What is Yoin?

Yoin is a meditation timer that stays out of your way. Choose how long you want to sit, pick your bells, and close your eyes. The bells keep time, so you don’t have to.

Yoin (余韻) is Japanese for the sound that lingers after a bell is struck. The whole app is built around that feeling: quiet, unhurried, and gentle from the first bell to the last.

A BELL EXACTLY WHEN YOU NEED ONE
• Even: split the session into equal parts
• Repeat: a bell every few minutes, counted from the start
• Custom: place a bell at any moment you like
• Or no interval bells at all

FIVE MINUTES OR TWO HOURS
• Any length up to nearly four hours, down to the second
• Hours, minutes, seconds: one scroll and you’re set

GENTLE FROM START TO FINISH
• Get settled: a quiet pause before the first bell, to find your posture
• Choose a meditation bell or Tingsha for the start and interval bells
• Every session closes with a singing bowl
• A soft haptic tap with each bell
• Rings even when your phone is on silent

CLOSE YOUR EYES
• The screen fades to black shortly after you begin
• The bells tell you where you are in the session
• Painted mountains by day, moonlight in dark mode

NOTHING ELSE
• No account, no ads, no tracking
• Your settings stay on your device
• Available in 12 languages

Sit. Breathe. Listen.
