### 5/5 — This app is incredible!

*2024-07-09, version 2.2.1*

This is now my go to social media app and it is so uplifting and connecting! I get to learn more as I use the app and am constantly encouraged to slow down, take breaks, and connect more with myself and others. I love yoke yoga and I’m so glad I get to be a small part of this growing community!

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2024-07-09, version 2.2.1*

What a great place to go for self care. I can go on this app and know I’ll be seeing likeminded souls committed to spreading healing practices. I’m so happy it exists!

### 5/5 — Yoga for Everyone and Scrolling that Uplifts

*2024-07-08, version 2.2.1*

I have been using this app for about a month now and I love the diversity of teaching styles and the diversity of human bodies that I find. It feels like an absolute breath of fresh air in a world where yoga can feel so exclusive and focused on making an up-sell. I love the social media scroll feature: it has diverted me away from less helpful scrolling in so many situations lately. I just love it. I’m looking forward to seeing what all the new content holds.

### 5/5 — Yoke Yoga

*2024-07-01, version 2.2.1*

Totally enjoying the Yoke Yoga app! Great way to expand your practice and stay committed.

### 5/5 — Interesting concept!

*2024-06-28, version 2.2.1*

Just browsing the free version, but I love the idea! “Yoking” together, in the true spirit of community, diverse yoga professionals in the world, like a social media app. It seems truly diverse, truly representing the enormous community of yoga. The professionals seem to be so carefully curated for authentic content. Looking forward to continuing the exploration!

### 5/5 — Great App for Yoga

*2024-06-28, version 2.2.1*

This is a great app for yoga. It hopefully will change how people think about yoga in the west. Hopefully, people will see all that yoga is in addition to asana. It’s not just a workout or a way to stretch the body!

### 5/5 — Wow!!

*2024-06-27, version 2.2.1*

Thank you so much for all the hard work that went into making this app! I have found my people! The inclusivity and compassion is something that is truly lacking in a lot of other yoga platforms. Kudos and many thanks.

### 5/5 — Worth it

*2024-06-27, version 2.2.1*

So much incredible content already, just an overall really positive space and lots to learn

### 5/5 — What they don’t (usually) teach in yoga studios

*2024-06-27, version 2.2.1*

Yoga content on Yoke Yoga goes beyond what you see on traditional social media platforms. It also goes deeper into what is typically taught in a yoga class. There is so much more to yoga beyond the purely physical and content creators show all these facets of yoga. Yoga with an intersectional lens is shown. It shoes the communal, spiritual, and ancestral side to yoga. Yoga as a form of medicine is also demonstrated. Highly recommend for those who want to learn more about yoga beyond the physical forms of it, and what it could look like for individuals of various backgrounds and abilities.

### 5/5 — So needed!

*2024-06-27, version 2.2.1*

It’s really regulating to have a space that is acknowledging and naming what is happening in the world without turning away or whitewashing it. Allowing us to sit with it, notice how we are experiencing it, and encouraging us to disrupt harm when we see it.

### 5/5 — A healthy reflective place to be & practice

*2024-06-27, version 2.2.1*

I’ve known Susanna, Yoke’s creator, for nearly 20 years, and have grown to really admire and trust where she focuses her attention and how she honors and teaches about yoga. I’m so excited for this app and love it already. And because she listens to people, their needs and feedback, I know it’ll only get better.

I appreciate the categories and easy to search options. I like that I can consciously choose to pause doom scrolling, and go here instead. It’s a way to connect with other people who are choosing to go inward more often while connecting toward our collective liberation as well.

Highly recommend and see you there!

### 5/5 — Great easily accessible teachings

*2024-06-27, version 2.2.1*

### 5/5 — Get this app as a present for yourself!

There’s so much calm and beauty and joy and love on this app. I LOVE that it starts off muted, and I especially love the educational posts and the pranayama posts 🩷

### 5/5 — YOGA MUST HAVE!

*2024-06-22, version 2.2.0*

Yoke Yoga is the app that all yogis need to be on! It has a beautiful representation of people who practice and honor the true roots of yoga. I feel like I learn so much every time I scroll and I love that I have a place to share community and get a longer practice when I need. It's great to access the yoga community in a way that doesn't get drowned out by the noise of social media. I feel calm after using Yoke Yoga not anxious like other social media.

### 5/5 — Critical thinking, love and Care in one place

*2024-06-18, version 2.2.0*

This is the kind of social media I had in my head for a while, it’s a great place to scroll and find people like me, struggling but making big efforts to improve, be more mindful, eat better all considering that yoga is not just about fancy poses.

I love the diversity of the teachers and the fact that I can enjoyed content en español.

I had my periods some days ago and I was able to find asanas and meditations for helping relieve cramps and fell better.

I am following currently three bilingual teacher, and even the diversity of Spanish dialects is surprising and heartwarming.

Thank you Yoke yoga Team.

### 5/5 — Finally!!!! A yoga app for us all

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — nowhere to cancel

*2026-07-04, version 4.0.1*

Literally no support for this app. I requested an account deletion and have heard nothing. I do not want this subscription and I see nowhere to cancel. It’s not listed in my app subscription list and no cancel button in the app. Horrible experience

### 5/5 — What a blessing 🩷

*2025-02-24, version 2.8.1*

I signed up for the free trial, and ✨immediately✨ this became my new daily home practice, no more youtube. The live sessions are great, but I usually can’t catch them so instead I choose a previously recorded session and airplay it to my tv. There are so many incredible teachers with such a diversity of styles, and I have not found one yet I did not adore. The little feed is great to scroll too…lots of tips for regulation and spiritual reminders, etc — a welcome counterbalance to scrolling social media. Highly encourage the free trial, you will be blessed.

### 5/5 — Love the Variety of Teachers

*2024-10-01, version 2.6.0*

I absolutely love this app because of the variety of teachers. Instead of just one instructor, you get a range of voices and styles —some with great insights and others get right down into brief routines you can do right away. I enjoy the uniqueness of their approaches. This diversity enhances my practice and adds something to my day every time I open the app. Whether I’m in the mood for something grounding, energizing, or insightful, there’s always someone, some contributor which makes me stop scrolling as they give me exactly what I need.

### 5/5 — Excellent App!

*2024-07-24, version 2.3.0*

I love Yoke App because it truly has a diverse collection of topics and instructors. It is easy to use and navigate and has different videos with different lengths. You can search by a topic you’re interested in and you’ll see a variety of options to pick from.
If you’re neurodivergent like me, all videos have an option to adjust speed and to add English subtitles to the videos in other languages.
I love the creative idea of making an app for “boon scrolling” with tools to enrich our physical and emotional wellness. Thank you Yoke Team for this.

### 5/5 — No more doom scrolling!

*2024-07-22, version 2.3.0*

Yoke Yoga has become my go-to app for calming my mind and ending my evening on a more peaceful note before bed. It has been great for replacing more stressful social media time!

### 5/5 — The real thing

*2024-07-20, version 2.3.0*

Yoke Yoga is a bountiful and wonderful resource for things yoga related. It’s easy to use and has a wide swath of offerings. Most importantly, it brings back to center the real thing, that when practiced properly, yoga (the 8 limbs) provides healing and insight that will make our lives richer

### 5/5 — I’m not mad at it

*2024-07-20, version 2.3.0*

It’s simple, seems easy to use, easy to navigate. I like the way it reminds me of scrolling through Tik Tok but it’s all yoga related. Hope to get lost in a yoga rabbit hole as more videos and people use this app.

### 5/5 — Different type of platform

*2024-07-20, version 2.3.0*

I’m excited to use this platform which seems very different for other yoga platforms.

### 5/5 — Love the app, love the intention.

*2024-07-20, version 2.3.0*

A place to learn so much more about yoga…It’s not just an exercise class. I love the diversity and representation on this app. I truly believe yoga is for everyone. I hope this app helps more folks open up to this practice 🙏🏽

### 5/5 — Love it.

*2024-07-20, version 2.3.0*

This positive place has the kind of representation missing from algorithm - influenced mainstream social feeds. Really enjoying the content so far :)
