## What is Yoked?

Yoked is a strength-training system for planning well, training consistently,
and understanding what is changing over time. Your iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch
each have a focused job, with your Yoked library kept in sync through your
private iCloud database.

PLAN ON MAC
• Create, duplicate, rename, reorder, archive, restore, and organize programs.
• Build recurring routines and edit exercises, sets, reps, weight, rest,
  warmups, increments, progression rules, and alternatives.
• Use native tables, inspectors, keyboard navigation, search, Undo/Redo, and
  separate program windows.
• The Mac is a command center—not an active workout or set logger.

TRAIN ON IPHONE AND APPLE WATCH
• Follow your current recurring program without calendar-block complexity.
• Log sets and use workout/rest-timer tools on the devices built for the gym.
• The Watch stays paired directly to iPhone; completed events converge into
  your shared history without turning the Watch into a cloud database client.

UNDERSTAND YOUR PROGRESS
• Review read-only workout details and inspect frequency, duration, volume,
  sets, estimated strength, PRs, and muscle-group work.
• Compare 4, 12, 26, and 52 weeks or all time.
• See bodyweight, sleep, weekly missions, nutrition streaks, and progress photos
  with clear units, ranges, and source labels.

LOG FOOD ON IPHONE OR MAC
• Navigate days, weeks, and the calendar with calorie and macro totals.
• Add, edit, delete, or copy meals; customize meal types and calorie goals.
• Search the bundled offline catalog and My Foods, manage favorites, create
  custom foods and full recipes, or look up Open Food Facts by search/barcode.
• Apple Health nutrition mirrored from iPhone is visible on Mac, clearly
  attributed, and read-only.

YOKED AI, WHEN READY
• Today's Docket remains deterministic and useful without a language model.
• Synced conversation history and the Mac chat workspace are present, but
  open-ended Yoked AI remains locked until the coordinated iOS/macOS 27 release,
  Apple Private Cloud Compute approval, model availability, and Yoked's release
  flag are all ready.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No Yoked account, advertising, tracking SDK, or developer-operated health
  database.
• iPhone and Mac sync through the user's private CloudKit database.
• Mac never requests Apple Health access; iPhone mirrors only the normalized
  health categories Yoked displays, not unrelated raw sensor streams.
• Versioned JSON export remains available as a recovery path.
